A downloadable lyric game

There's a blush for want, and a blush for shan't,
    And a blush for having done it;
There's a blush for thought, and a blush for nought,
    And a blush for just begun it.

-- excerpt from John Keats, "Sharing Eve's Apple," The complete poetical works and letters of John Keats (1818).

A blush is involuntary and uncontrollable – an actor might simulate a smile, laughter or a frown, but not a blush.

-- excerpt from Ray Crozier, "The Puzzle of Blushing," The Psychologist, British Psychological Society, 18 May 2010

We made this game after meeting on the Lyrical Ludology Discord. Moved to create our own lyric game, we hope this might inspire you, too!

This is the first lyric game I've encountered so I don't really know what to do with it but I like the idea of it anyways

Thank you for taking a look! If you're interested in learning more about lyric games, take a listen to Lyrical Ludology: https://redcircle.com/shows/lyrical-ludology

Play this game however you like! Personally I try to imagine whether I'm the one receiving the text and trying to get to blush, or if I'm sending the text and getting someone (who?) to blush.
